3. Pinterest API Use
Our automated pin-scheduling tool uses the Pinterest API under the following limits:
We only access content and analytics for accounts we own (RoyalPawsStudioArt).
We read account-level metrics (pin saves, click-through, impressions) — never per-user identifiable data.
We write new pins, manage boards, and update pin metadata using the OAuth scopes you authorize.
We do not store Pinterest user data of viewers, savers, or commenters beyond what Pinterest exposes in standard analytics.
All API access is logged and rate-limited; tokens are stored encrypted on a secured machine.
Order data flows from Etsy to our internal fulfillment pipeline. We use this data solely to produce and ship your order, including forwarding shipping address details to our print-on-demand partner (Printify) where applicable. Printify's privacy practices are governed by their own policy at printify.com/legal/privacy-policy.
5. Data Retention
Order data — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
Pet photos — retained for up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Pinterest analytics — retained in aggregate form only, no per-user data stored.

RoyalPawsStudioArt operates from the Netherlands. By placing an order, you consent to transfer of your data to fulfillment locations (Etsy servers in the US, Printify production sites globally). All transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
